How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?
Your payment information is encrypted with SSL security and sent directly to our payment processor. Hererod does not store your credit card details.

When is my credit card charged?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in USD ($). If your card is based in another currency, your order total will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Discounts & Promotions

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Order Issues & Changes

What do I do if items are missing from my order?
If an item is missing, please contact us immediately at contact@hererod.com for assistance.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • A 30% cancellation fee applies, as our payment provider charges us for cancellations.
  • If your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot change your shipping address. Please ensure your correct address is entered before checkout.
